Barbus Canius
Barbus Canius fish can be kept together with other peaceful fishes. It is not wise to keep them together with fishes with long fins because they like to nip them. The aquarium should be planted densely on the sides and background with plants that are not too soft, because they like to eat them.
A dark substrate and a dimmed light are necessary, because otherwise they get very shy.
